For over 35 years, Michael Sutton has helped organizations transform the way they develop their people—serving as a facilitator-for-hire, fractional Learning & Development executive, and founder of RoundTable Solutions. He has partnered with global companies including Coca-Cola, Delta Air Lines, McKesson, The Ritz-Carlton, BellSouth, Cingular, Thermo Fisher Dynamics, First Data, and Macy’s.
Michael brings a distinctive blend of strategic insight and practical facilitation skill, helping leaders and teams imagine a better future for themselves, build the capabilities required to get there, and create cultures where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
He has delivered leadership, change management, onboarding, and sales-enablement programs across the U.S. and internationally. Known for his ability to rapidly build trust with diverse audiences, Michael guides organizations through complex transitions while strengthening collaboration across teams, functions, and geographies.
Michael is certified in DDI, FranklinCovey, Korn Ferry, and BTS facilitation and is a Highlands Ability Battery (HAB) consultant. His work spans leadership development, consultative selling, culture activation, and talent optimization. He has served as a Learning Delivery Manager for Coca-Cola, led enablement for growing SaaS companies, and supported executive teams navigating scale, transformation, and market complexity.
Originally from Georgia, Michael and his wife Jill—married for over 34 years—have built a life centered on family, service, and shared experiences. They are longtime members of St. David’s Episcopal Church in Roswell, GA and actively support Family Promise, helping families in crisis stabilize, rebuild, and move toward sustainable independence. When not facilitating, Michael enjoys travel, photography, concerts, continuous learning, and time with their three adult children. He finds deep joy in facilitation itself: the energy of a room, the shared discovery, and the chance to help people unlock what’s possible.
